Fully restored with respect for a heritage that is both aristocratic and agricultural, the Château and its outbuildings now house 102 rooms divided into 36 houses with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 8 rooms in the château.

8 ROOMS IN THE CHATEAU
The Château has been transformed into a Château-hotel with an intimate atmosphere. It features 8 spacious rooms (from 30 to 45 m²). The Empire style rubs shoulders with Louis XVI style and a few Art Nouveau and Art Deco touches give for a slightly decadent Baroque atmosphere.

Around the Château, the original outbuildings have been converted into charming residences.
The volumes of these former farm buildings give the houses character and elegance. Lounges are bathed in light thanks to large bay windows. The terraces and gardens are planted with Mediterranean shrubs and aromatic herbs offering breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards.

Under the imposing beams of the former cellar, two meeting rooms of 150 and 80 m² (which can be converted into a 230m² room) have been fitted out to accommodate your business meetings, training sessions and product launches.

THE QUAI DE RÉCEPTION
The Conference Centre consists of 2 large meeting rooms with plenty of natural light.
The 150m² Grand Quai and the 80 m² Petit Quai are modular so as to form a single 230m² room that can accommodate up to 180 people. The imposing beams, the old agricultural mechanisms and the architect's plans leaning against the walls bear witness to the wine-growing past of this space and give the place a warm atmosphere.

BREAKOUT ROOMS IN THE VILLAS
The salons of the houses provide a discreet and friendly working environment perfectly suited for workshops in small groups or confidential meetings. Each lounge has a 32-inch TV screen and a separate toilet.
A screen and video projector can be installed on request. Informal installation in the lounge sofas, around a large table or in a U-shaped configuration.

THE TONNELLERIE
Located on the ground floor of the cellar, this space, traditionally dedicated to the ageing of wine, can become the stage of your event, a place for exhibiting vehicles or any other product you wish to highlight.

Catering
With hospitality being part of our heritage, our chef proposes bountiful cuisine inspired by the land. With close relationships with local artisanal producers, of which there are many in this region, we can offer olives, truffles, oysters from Bouzigues, lamb from the Pyrenees, beef from Aubrac and a delicious range of cheeses. All this accompanied by expressive Languedoc wines.

On the ground floor of the Conference Centre is the Caveau.
With its wide exposed stone walls, high ceilings, view of the cooperage and the wine storehouse, and a bar running the full width of the room, this impressive 150 m² room is a wonderful reminder to our clients that the art of wine is the very essence of our identity.

THE TONNELLERIE
Adjacent to the Caveau, the Tonnellerie (80m²) allows you to enjoy experiences around gastronomy and wine. Surrounded by oak barrels, with an imposing wooden table in the centre, this room, which can be privatised on request, offers many opportunities: private dinners, wine tasting, cooking classes...

THE CHATEAU'S RESTAURANT
Located in the former dining room of the Château, the restaurant with its huge Venetian chandeliers, Art Deco tables and leather-covered chairs looks like a Parisian lounge from the 1930s. A chic and relaxed space.

Adapted to the atmosphere of St Pierre de Serjac, this evening will allow everyone to step into the shoes of characters of the period. The Charleston and Prohibition years, the carefree period between the two wars - a joy to play dandies or gangsters …
Cabaret Evening
Before dinner, rehearsal of theatrical, humorous or musical sketches in small groups led by professional actors.
During dinner, guests will be both actors and spectators. On the same format as a professional cabaret, the acts will follow on from each other with off-beat moments of laughter and celebration and even a little emotion..

Share a fun moment with your colleagues! In teams or groups of teams, challenge each other with a variety of tests (multiple choice questions, blind tests and interactive challenges based on mimes, observation games, photo challenges, etc.) with an entertainer who will get your adrenaline pumping. Fake waiters and close up magic
Nothing is written on the basis of improvisation, everything is played out with the collaboration of the audience. The actors mingle with the waiters. Very discreet during the aperitif, the characters "shift" as the meal progresses in a crescendo. You will meet touching and endearing characters who are obviously quite at home.
At the same time, a magician will pass from table to table, for a close-up performance in collusion with the fake waiters.

Creation of Bird Nesting Boxes
A fun, introductory workshop on the preservation of biodiversity! Explanation of the benefits of installing bird boxes within the natural area, and presentation of the different birds already present in the environment surrounding the Domaine.
Construction of large wooden playground equipment
The teams, guided by a plan, build large wooden games (balance board, shuffleboard, ...).
On the programme: assembly, gluing, screwing, sanding... for a fully successful mission!
Then, the participants test their constructions and challenge each other during a small Olympiad challenge.
The activity is concluded with a moving meeting during which the group offers the creations to the representatives of a local association who have come to the event: children's home, centre for young people in difficulty, neighbourhood centre, etc...

Discovering the fascinating world of truffles
Claire, who has been passionate about truffles since her earliest childhood, offers you an introduction to the world of truffles. She will make you taste each of the 7 species of truffles sold in France, and will teach you how to make truffled scrambled eggs and truffle butter. After the class, Hyastus, her truffle dog, will take you on a digging session in the garrigue.
Play oenologists
In teams, participants will be invited to blend wine according to their tastes and sensibilities.
Guided by our oenologists and animators, equipped with different graduated test tubes and after blending tests of different grape varieties, the challenge will be to create the most balanced wine possible.

Head off for a ride, suitable for everyone, on e-bikes, accompanied by instructors who are passionate about the region. As well as discovering wild landscapes and scenic viewpoints, the tour will be intersperse with activities; meeting producers, wooden games, riddles and challenges.

Hut Building
An original, cooperative and creative activity.
We provide the participants with a certain number of materials and tools (cleats, boards, nails, saw, screws, paint, strings, fabrics...) and under the supervision of one or more supervisors, each team must build a hut that best meets the given guidelines.

Create a work of art
Creation of a fresco, a totem pole, a sculpture, ... Each team creates a part of the work, then we pool the achievements! After a few adjustments and additions, the creation is revealed. A group photo around the final masterpiece rounds off the activity with collective pride.

Canoe or Kayak trips
Combine adrenaline with emotion as you descend the Orb river, navigating rapids and enjoying calmer moments on the water. 2 to 4 hours of being at one with nature.

Head off from the Domain for a tour through the vineyards and the Mediterranean countryside accompanied by an official guide.
Spa
In this elegant and luminous 320m² space, we offer a complete range of body and facial treatments from the French brand Cinq Mondes. In the solarium, under the high beamed ceiling, large sliding bay windows allow the sunshine to pour in all year round.
The 12m indoor heated swimming pool with hydromassage jets, the hammam and the sauna with filled with essential oil aromas, complete our spa experience.
