Dominant l'étang de Bages piqué de flamants roses, les jardins du Château Capitoul sont signés de la main d'un des plus grands paysagistes contemporains - James Basson, quatre fois vainqueur de l'Exposition Florale de Chelsea et des "Victoires du Paysage" en 2018.
L’artiste s’est appuyé sur le savoir-faire du très respecté botaniste reconnu Olivier Filippi pour développer une palette de plantes méditerranéennes parfaitement adaptées au paysage sec et rocheux de la Clape, afin qu’elles s’épanouissent sans engrais ni herbicides, et surtout sans puiser dans la plus précieuse des ressources naturelles - l'eau.

Les jardins reflètent le style naturaliste de James, qui a combiné avec maestria les nouvelles plantations et les jardins existants pour qu'au fil du temps, les espaces récemment créés s'intègrent parfaitement dans la nature.*

Les jardins de Capitoul accueillent plus d'une centaine d'espèces méditerranéennes. Autour des chênes verts et des pins d'Alep sous-plantés d'érables champêtres et d’arbres de Judée, se déploient de sculpturaux massifs chamarrés d'euphorbe, de lavande, de romarin et de plantes grasses. Tout, dans ces exceptionnels jardins, conspire pour sublimer les spectaculaires métamorphoses du paysage du Massif de la Clape au fil des saisons.

* Notez que les jardins du hameau, plantés depuis peu, sont en pleine croissance et encore clairsemés par endroits. Vous aurez cependant l'opportunité de comprendre comment ces experts mondiaux ont conçu leur œuvre.

Bathed in daylight, this 147m² room is perfect for meetings of up to 100 people. Hi-tech audiovisual equipment has been installed to meet your requirements.

Adjacent to the Plenary Room, this 47m² room is perfect for workshops . It is also popular for more confidential meetings.

Clients who wish to work in complete confidentiality appreciate being able to retreat to the living room of their home. Our teams arrange the spaces at their convenience: in informal sessions on the sofas or in more traditional meetings around a table. Use of TVs for the distribution of working documents, wifi.
Possibility to use up to 20 lounges depending on the number of participants.

This cosy space will allow you to take advantage of breaks between meetings.

The former dining room of the château now houses an intimate gastronomic restaurant, opening onto the umbrella pines and the surrounding vineyards thanks to 8 large beautiful picture windows.
Our chef Valère Diochet serves  gourmet cuisine, sincere and faithful to the products of our terroir.

Adapted to the atmosphere of Capitoul, this evening will allow everyone to step into the shoes of characters of the period. The Charleston and Prohibition years, the carefree period between the two wars - a joy to play  dandies or gangsters …

Before dinner, rehearsal of theatrical, humorous or musical sketches in small groups led by professional actors.
During dinner, guests will be both actors and spectators. On the same format as a professional cabaret, the acts will follow on from each other with  off-beat moments of laughter and celebration and even a little emotion..

Share a fun moment with your colleagues! In teams or groups of teams, challenge each other with a variety of tests (multiple choice questions, blind tests and interactive challenges based on mimes, observation games, photo challenges, etc.) with an entertainer who will get your adrenaline pumping. Laughter and enthusiasm guaranteed! 

Nothing is written on the basis of improvisation, everything is played out with the collaboration of the audience. The actors mingle with the waiters. Very discreet during the aperitif, the characters "shift" as the meal progresses in a crescendo. You will meet touching and endearing characters who are obviously quite at home.
At the same time, a magician will pass from table to table, for a close-up performance in collusion with the fake waiters.

A fun, introductory workshop on the preservation of biodiversity! Explanation of the benefits of installing bird boxes within the natural area, and presentation of the different birds already present in the environment surrounding the Domaine.

The teams, guided by a plan, build large wooden games (balance board, shuffleboard, ...).
On the programme: assembly, gluing, screwing, sanding... for a fully successful mission!
Then, the participants test their constructions and challenge each other during a small Olympiad challenge.
The activity is concluded with a moving meeting during which the group offers the creations to the representatives of a local association who have come to the event: children's home, centre for young people in difficulty, neighbourhood centre, etc...

Claire, who has been passionate about truffles since her earliest childhood, offers you an introduction to the world of truffles. She will make you taste each of the 7 species of truffles sold in France, and will teach you how to make truffled scrambled eggs and truffle butter.  After the class,  Hyastus, her truffle dog, will take you on a digging session in the garrigue.

In teams, participants will be invited to blend wine according to their tastes and sensibilities.
Guided by our oenologists and animators, equipped with different graduated test tubes and after blending tests of different grape varieties, the challenge will be to create the most balanced wine possible.

You don't need a reason to laugh. Through a combination of laughter exercises, gentle stretching and yoga breathing, the group will be able to let go and have a good laugh.

Working in teams, discover the most beautiful villages of the South of France sitting in the most stunning natural landscapes whilst winning points during playful stages to strengthen the team spirit. Brainstorming games (giant wooden games , puzzles and conundrums in teams), blindfolded trails, Fort Boyard events, treasure hunts all in a remarkable setting,...

Head off for a ride, suitable for everyone, on e-bikes, accompanied by instructors who are passionate about the region. As well as discovering wild landscapes and scenic viewpoints, the tour will be intersperse with activities; meeting producers, wooden games, riddles and challenges.

An intense adventure to strengthen team spirit!
Based on the principle of an Escape Game, the participants will have to combine communication, composure and mastery of new technologies to solve this investigation...before it's too late!

An original, cooperative and creative activity
We provide the participants with a certain number of materials and tools (cleats, boards, nails, saw, screws, paint, strings, fabrics...) and under the supervision of one or more supervisors, each team must build a hut that best meets the given guidelines.

Creation of a fresco, a totem pole, a sculpture, ... Each team creates a part of the work, then we pool the achievements! After a few adjustments and additions, the  creation is revealed. A group photo around the final masterpiece rounds off the activity with collective pride.

Combine adrenaline with emotion as you descend the Orb river, navigating rapids and enjoying calmer moments on the water. 2 to 4 hours of being at one with nature. 

An introduction to windsurfing and safety, whilst being invigorated by the sea spray!
For this activity, we can provide the group (depending on its size) with 1 sand yacht for 1 to 2 person(s).
